YES, WE LEAVE EXTRA SEAM ALLOWANCE TO ALLOW OUR GARMENTS TO BE EASILY ALTERED BETWEEN 2-3 INCHES BY ANY TAILOR OR SEAMSTRESS.
WITH YOUR FIRST PURCHASE IF ALTERATIONS ARE NEEDED, JUST EMAIL US THE RECEIPT AND WE WILL FURNISH YOU A DISCOUNT OF THE ALTERATIONS EXPENSES ON A FUTURE ORDER OR WE WILL SEND YOU A GIFT CARD UP TO THE AMOUNT OF $100.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


SINCE EVERYTHING IS MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS TAKE FROM 3 TO 4 WEEKS TO PRODUCE AND PROCESSING IS DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY.  WE SEND EVERYTHING PRIORITY MAIL, WHICH USUALLY TAKES 2-3 DAYS, HOWEVER YOUR SHIPPING PREFERENCE AT CHECKOUT IS ADDED TO THE END OF THE 4 WEEK TIME FRAME.

CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?  

YES WE CAN COMPLETE RUSH ORDERS. JUST KEEP IN MIND, WE STILL HAVE TO VALIDATE THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR SELECTED FABRIC WITH THE TEXTILE MILL IN ITALY OR THE UNITED KINGDOM. IF THE FABRIC IS AVAILABLE, WE WILL HAVE SHIPPING EXPEDITED. IT USUALLY TAKES US 10-15 DAYS TO COMPLETE A RUSH ORDER. A $200 CHARGE WILL ACCOMPANY ANY RUSH ORDER.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?


IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@CLASSICMANBESPOKE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST BUT IN SOME CASES WE WILL BE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS, SUCH AS ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY PROCESSED.
